Very good Business Intelligence Tool to make quick insights into various facets related
The UI of GII was easy for our team members who are not much familiar with BI tools or software development in general! It helped us analyse data from multiple sources very quickly without having any technical expertise required - just point & click it away!! There were some minor glitches which we had fixed within days as per request but nothing major so far that I can remember now (it has been more than 2 years since then).
This tool helps you understand your business better using advanced analytics like predictive modelling etc., thus helping improve revenue generation process alongwith other KPIs such P&Ls / Cash Flow statement analysis/ forecasting too!
Pros
- What I liked most about GII was its ability to connect with multiple sources of data (ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, etc.) and then pull in data and analyse it to understand the business better
Cons
- There were a few glitches that we had to resolve which was minor in nature nothing major though
