So I have a cheap gigabyte mobo so I had problems where Windows wouldn't install on this drive and neither did the drive for me formatted. So I went into the BIOS, disabled SATA and disconnected all SATA connections from the PC. Run windows setup again, now it will be recognized, formatted and installed. Re-enabled Sata in BIOS, reconnected drives. Works without problems. , I have no complaints, if I had more x4 strips I would buy it again and again. Bought for OS and gaming, not disappointing so far.
