Review on 🧼 NO RUST Stain Remover: Effective Rust Eliminator for Marble, Granite, Stoneware, Baked and Cement Surfaces (Packaging may vary) by Brandon Barrett

ATTENTION! Do not use this product near painted surfaces.

This helped remove a rust stain on the ceramic tile in the bathroom, but BIG WARNING - it ruined my painted wooden toilet seat. It says it's a gel but it's actually just a slightly thicker liquid and it must have dripped onto my toilet seat leaving huge, ugly brown stains that got worse when I tried to wipe it off. It's transparent so you can't see where it dripped. Not happy that my new toilet seat now needs to be replaced. It lightened the rust stain a bit and I might try again but I'm a bit afraid to even use it now. Also, there is absolutely no warning on the packaging or insert that it may damage some surfaces, which is gross negligence on the part of the manufacturer. I will contact them to complain. The cost of the bottle has doubled as I now have to buy a new toilet seat. I gave it two stars as it removed some of the rust but not all of it and wasn't worth the extra hassle of damage.

Pros
  • Its viscous texture allows it to act directly on the stain, maximizing product effectiveness and eliminating waste.
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
