ok so i just assembled it. I see many reviews saying the same thing. I can assemble things without instructions, but it can be very difficult for some. All the hardware was there and thankfully 99% of the hardware is made up of the same beats. I recommend laying out all the pieces and starting at the bottom and slowly working your way up, keeping all the hardware finger tight. Once you figure it out, you can start tightening everything up. I used Loctite so nothing came loose when I tightened everything. It's not the strongest in the world, but it's enough for the average welder. Oh, and yes, you should measure your car. My Hobart Handler 140 didn't fit at first, but after removing all the hardware on the top deck and flipping it over so the screw heads were facing in, it only fit when the handle was completely removed. Then, after all that and propping up the car with a thick rubber mat, it fitted perfectly. .Except now the side door wouldn't open because it hit the suspension. So I had to remove it and move it down. There was a lot of fiddling and assembly should be easy, but it was less assembly and more disassembly and assembly. Would I buy another one? Maybe, but I quickly figured out what to look out for next time.
