We bought this cover back in April, preparing for the upcoming swim season. We put the cover on the pool in mid/late May. As of now, the cover is separating at all seams. The glue used doesn't seem to be holding it together. I hope this is just an anomaly. I called customer service and they were very responsive, asking me to send a picture of the seam issue and they would send a new one. That was weeks ago and still no replacement. I tried calling but they do not answer the customer service number and the mailbox is full so no voicemail option. If/when I hear back, I will update this review. As of now, I would not purchase this product again nor would I recommend it to someone else.
