They sent me two phones with broken displays
I don't rate the phone. The iPhone 11 is great. But SpryBuy sent me two "refurbished" phones priced at $999 and $949 - both with cracked displays. The $999 phone has a crack in the top right corner of the display (and numerous scratches on the display). The $949 phone had a cracked display along its entire length, roughly in the middle of the display. They covered it with protective film to hide the damage. But in both cases it was widely visible. So these phones have not been "upgraded" in any way.
