Been using it for 4 days now. I honestly have to say I'm shocked that it really really works. I have nerve problems on the left side of my body from my back shoulder to my arm. I've had this pain for five years now and the doctors can't help me. So I wear this necklace just as well as an adult bracelet. And it reduced my pain from 60-99% a day to 1-2% a day. The anti-inflammatory targets really work and I also have acid issues in my body and I can't even explain it but I keep pulling away from that fight or flight feeling to rebalance and calm down.
