I've had them for about a week and here are my observations. I recommend them as the sound quality is really great and some things are worth it once you get the hang of it. First, don't throw away instructions until you use them. I think you activate them by pressing both volume buttons at the same time. i think it works Second, don't use the microwave while listening to them. Nothing bad happens except the sound cuts out and is hard to hear. Understand. Third, they look a little bulky, but it helps people understand why you're not replying to them if they bother to look at you while they're chatting. I can usually get them comfortable enough that they don't bother me at all, but I have to get them right. Fifth, don't expect me to only be able to wear one side. With conventional wired headphones, I often only listened one-sidedly in order to at least pretend to pay attention to those around me. Not with these. That side and the string that ties the sides together make this an awkward prospect. The weight pulls down the side that is not in the ear and the other side becomes very uncomfortable in the ear.
