Product unsealed in cosmetics

This is the first time I have bought Clinique Mascara online from Revain and it came unsealed from the original packaging and when I opened it and removed the wand the tube made a gritty mess , gritty noise . Went to the trash can and learned a lesson, not with discount makeup
