I think for the price it's definitely 5 stars as they say "you get what you paid for" so you can't due to the straps carrying too much fell apart but luckily my mum has a sewing machine so they fixed it quickly and the inside is very cheaply made but I mean the price makes up for it but overall the bag has gotten a lot of compliments.
