I bought it for my husband for a hairstyle. It has a more feminine scent lol so he wasn't too keen on it. However, Garnier discontinued a product he had been using for years that had no smell! In any case, this putty will not hold the hair as it would like if it is longer than 1.5-2 inches. So if you're looking for a non-maximum solution, you might like this. We just expected it to be a bit stronger since it was called Fiber Spikes and such!
