If I could I would return them as they are terrible. The only good thing is the sound quality, but it really doesn't matter as it drops with every movement. The hooks are too big and the liner itself won't stay in. I am very disappointed that I spent so much on them. From now on I will only use them for stationary exercises. I bought these because I wanted headphones with ear hooks. The sound quality is fantastic. Very clear sound. But the hooks are a bit big and not so easy to put on/put in the ears. They're a little bulky, but I'll leave them.
