First, they're well-designed straws. I hate plastic hinges because they ALWAYS break over time. These little cases have a rotating and spring loaded top so the case opens and closes very efficiently and it's pretty solid so the case definitely stays closed. They're also a great size to slip into your bag and each case has a matching loop so you can attach the straw case to anything as long as you have a small carabiner or similar. At first I wondered if the collapsible straws leaked, but they definitely didn't, and it's great that a small cleaning brush is included in any case. You have everything you need on the go. I found it easier to use a full-size cleaning brush from a set of stainless steel straws that stay around my house, but the small one provided will get the job done. It's also a versatile size as you can use the straw fully extended for larger glasses or smaller for smaller mugs etc. Overall pretty happy with them: they work, they're easy to clean and don't take up much space in your bag or pocket to make it a lot easier to bring your own straw.
