Exceeds all expectations and works perfectly!

I don't often write reviews but I have to say how good this product is. I've tried several other polishes (most of them slightly abrasive) in the past with mixed results. I spent some time reading about silver cleaning and found a website run by a professional silver restorer. His best bet (apart from his own branded product) is to use flash. It is said to be the least abrasive and will not damage silver like Tarn-X or some DIY (toothpaste) methods. To try it I placed it on a piece of Tiffany sterling silver that had a very dark tarnish. I used a cotton swab and lots of flash. After a few seconds, the cotton swab will turn black (this is normal). I then cleaned the item a little more, finally rinsing it with soap and water (natural, unscented soap). I was completely blown away by how well flash works. I quickly proceeded to clean the rest of the silver with the same amazing results. Tried on a piece that could not be removed with another product (more abrasive); lo and behold, a little rubbed stain. Then came the silver spoons soaked in tea, which had been sitting in a drawer for some time. It got to the point where I got used to their tawny color. A few minutes of flash and a cotton swab revealed her beautiful flawless finish. One thing is worth mentioning. Sterling silver often has a factory patina (dark areas in deep crevices of the design). They should not be removed as they add depth to the product. Their traditional chemical immersion destroys all factory patina and requires a costly restoration. On the other hand, there will be no flash, so you can safely keep your pound's original look.
