This BCAA ratio is ideal for optimal results. On training days I would take three pills before and after training and on non-training days in the morning just to keep my BCAA blood levels high. After a few days I noticed that my recovery time improved and my sore muscles went away earlier than usual. My diet was already fairly high in BCAA sources, so someone lacking a daily BCAA intake would definitely benefit.
