Click-click-click. It's been a problem since day one. The only reason I didn't return it is because it seemed to work and the location is in an annoyingly cramped space. Also, I was too busy at the time to do it over and over again. Even though the detailing was turned off, everything was fine because I was either really cold or really hot. Now, during the summer heat, it seems to be getting worse and it just clicks until the car's computer gives up after about a minute. Aggravating. Now that I've replaced it with an OEM, the A/C is finally working as it should, including all the details. No more clicking, no noisy motor and perfect temperature control compared to the other side (double climate control). I will never buy a Dorman drive again. He opened the lid, looked inside, the gears weren't tightened, the auger was plastic. OEM, all gears are tightened and the worm wheel is metal. In fact, I deserve a refund as it never worked properly. But I'll probably never see a refund because I've had it for too long.
