Bought this as a budget option to get foam/foam/cream on my coffee and it's good value for money. It doesn't foam like a $600 espresso machine, but that's not the point. Obviously for milk/cream, the fatter the more foam is obtained. I've been using it every day for almost a year and it hasn't failed, peeled or fallen apart. When the batteries die they really hang before they are completely dead and I can actually go about two months without a replacement as I only use them for coffee. I'd expect less life if you're using it for eggs and thicker stuff, and don't expect to mix it up in a milkshake - maybe "drink yogurt". You'll start unless you like to bathe in drinks. Cleaning isn't as easy as a quick rinse because you're whipping up greases and oils with it - you'll have to rinse and then wipe if you really want it clean. Therefore, it is somewhat misleading in advertising. No further complaints, and the variety of colors available means it's easy to coordinate with your kitchen if that's what you're into. Much cheaper than a daily visit to a cafe. Even if it breaks after using it three times, you still have money up front!
