There was no hose replacement image on the Shark website. I figured that meant it was sold out so I took it. First impression was that it was cheap. I ended up returning it immediately for an OEM replacement from the Shark website (it WAS in stock!) at a price below the price of this model on Amazon. Compared to this model, the OEM grip and hose are higher quality. The plastic of this model would creak, OEM does not have such problems. The hose itself in this model appears to be of lower quality and cannot expand and contract like the OEM replacement hose. Since my first hose had a puncture I was looking for something permanent that would last at least another 5-6 years. The suction power setting seems to glide much smoother on the OEM Shark, although overall suction power was about the same. Basically, this model is ok. but OEM is better and cheaper.
