I have been able to solve some problems with my machine by using the software and getting answers from the support team. Sometimes it was hard to locate the problem or understand what was going on so I would ask them for more information and they were quick to respond. The software can get a little bit confusing but it gets easier once you learn how to use it. I wish it had an option to create your own categories of things to track and monitor. There are many different options to choose from and sometimes it takes a while to figure out how everything works together. I am solving problems with one of our products that causes downtime in the manufacturing line.
