If you are using Windows I strongly recommend unzipping the file loader, a CD is supplied with the product but if you are like me your PC may not have a CD player and the only way to download the software is is the use of . Postal code. I am very impressed and have purchased two of these items, getting another one next month. It's helpful too. If you have a hotel key and said you would go downstairs and get an extra one, you can make a copy of your hotel key to keep with you just in case.
