so i use this for my nights i feel like ya know "cough cough” (guys know) instead of using my enema bulb solely. it was pretty easy to attach to my shower head (make sure you use the washer things that come with it so water isn’t spraying everywhere from the attached place) but it’s easy to use. you can’t control the water pressure itself so it’d say insert it & turn your water on little by little. i use this more if i’ve had a chaotic eating day to get the job done for "other” things to happen. be safe out there y’all!
