No fork, needs a dice. There are 2 cables included: USB on one side and DC 5V on the other side, so you need a cube. The alarm clock isn't much louder than a regular alarm clock and I couldn't get the vibrating pad to work. Directions are not great and alarms/clocks are difficult to set. You use it to get up and if you don't know if your alarm clock is going off, it's not worth it.
