Terrible chair and customer service.

Terrible chair, product and customer service. I had a terrible experience with Homall and the chair they sell big and high. A month after buying this chair, he started losing height. Now remember they said he has a 400 lb capacity and I weigh 300. When I contacted them they said it had to be a gas bottle and they would send one but they didn't. not available. Then they offered to buy and repair it themselves. It wasn't until some time later and after threatening to put emails online there that I received a refund.
