I am 5' 10" tall and weigh 165 lbs. I purchased the medium size and they fit great. I have a 32" inseam and these easily run from my ankles up to my crotch with no problem. They ride a little low on my hips but fit comfortably there as well. I've used them for long, high intensity fitness walk as a base layer. They are comfortable, move with my body and wick moisture away from my skin. They've been washed on normal cycle in cold water and air dried. No shrinkage, pilling or separating along seams. These are a much better deal than name brand compression leggings that cost twice as much.
