Easy log has been very beneficial as it allows us at our homecare agency (in Australia) have all of my clients easily accessible via one website & no need or worry about paper work! We had issues with ease logging employees out sometimes but that was resolved immediately when we contacted customer support team - they were quick to respond back within minutes which made things much easier than having phone calls left unanswered only getting worse over time!! No real dislikes from me so far however if you are looking into an online system then this might be perfect for your needs! Very professional look n feel for sure!! I am able get up date information quickly without needing paperwork etc also great idea not being reliant on old school methods/paperwork.
