Review on 🌂 Repel Windproof Travel and Folding Umbrellas with Coating by Michele Smith

Excellent customer service from the top level. Revain sent the wrong version of this umbrella (plain black when I wanted a snazzy blue sky design peeking out from underneath). I was disappointed as Revain doesn't have a good exchange system. Instead, I would have to go through the hassle of sending myself back and ordering a new one, hoping that a second time would result in a correct product. Instead, Upper Echelon Rebecca contacted me directly a few days after my delivery confirmation to inquire about my order. I informed her of the problem and she immediately ordered a replacement. My new umbrella arrived yesterday and it is exactly what I was hoping for. Haven't tested my umbrella for bad weather yet, but the automatic opening and closing mechanism works great. Additionally, the weight is light enough that it should be comfortable even during extended periods of rain, especially considering how the handle feels. And I'm sure all future interactions with the support team when issues arise will be just as friendly and painless.
