Works well until it breaks down after less than 1 year of use

Bought and after a few months it doesn't show any picture. Contacted support who sent me a replacement which failed after a few weeks. I do not recommend this product as it does not last long.

Doesn't work as advertised.

Does not work independently of DIP switch combination. I use it to convert my LG 4K TV to a 1080 Sharp TV which is also connected. Wouldn't that work? About sending back as said it can send 4k to one TV and 1080 to another. Doesn't work as advertised.

Nicely designed and perfect for what I need.

I ordered this splitter because my AV receiver didn't really pass 4k. Instead of upgrading my receiver for $700, I bought this splitter to bring true 4K to my TV and also provide stereo sound to my Xbox, DirectV, DVD player, etc. Works great with no lag. I definitely recommend this switch.

Easy to install and as expected

I have only used this item once but it does exactly what I need it for. I can use one HDMI output to send two video sources. I use my processor's output to send audio and video to my 65" Samsung TV and 100" projector with no audio or video loss. It seems to work well with all formats from 720p to 4K.

Sound cuts out when splitting to AV receiver

AV receiver is HDMI 2.0 and this is HDMI 2.1. When the sound on the receiver is disconnected, it disappears, but the picture on the TV is good. I spoke to tech support but there was no solution even though the description says it should work. All Ultra 4k-certified cables with proven direct connections to devices ensure good sound quality on the receiver and picture quality on the television. I want it to work, a little not suitable for onkyo txnr1030 with lg cx oled

Old receiver, 4k HDR TV? Thank you thank you!

This does exactly what I need. Provides edid for my NVIDIA shield which enables 4k HDR for my TV and DD TrueHD/DTS HD for my HDCP 1.4 receiver. I almost bought an item for triple the price but for now I'm glad I didn't. All the more glad that I didn't exchange my receiver, which supports everything except Atmos, but only 1080P. One note: ->>>> You may need to update the firmware which only takes a minute and the download is on their website. . In my case, both up toggles worked fine

Prophecy 4K-HDR 1x2 Splitter Lite no signal after 1.5 weeks of use

I bought this splitter (PRO-HDRsplit2P-LT) for my Xbox One X. I use it to split the signal to my TV (TCL 55s405) and my AV receiver (Yamaha rx-v377) because neither can transmit video and audio well enough for the other. I was expecting 4k x 2k @ 60Hz for the TV and 5.1 uncompressed PCM for the receiver. I connected 3 brand new HDMI cables to the splitter and everything worked great.
