UPDATE: The company contacted the product and replaced it with a new one and now everything works perfectly! This is an amazing product that I use for my 4K TV and full HD home theater projector. I like it when all my media and audio settings apply to one output, which is then split into both. Then all I have to do is switch on the projector or television and know that everything is ready. Thanks to this device, the projector receives a downsampled 4K signal from devices, so all movies and games look much better than the original 1080. The reason I gave 3 stars is because sometimes I turn on my devices to no signal find and I have to restart it. box to get the picture at all. Maybe mine is just broken, but who knows.
