Sound cuts out when splitting to AV receiver
AV receiver is HDMI 2.0 and this is HDMI 2.1. When the sound on the receiver is disconnected, it disappears, but the picture on the TV is good. I spoke to tech support but there was no solution even though the description says it should work. All Ultra 4k-certified cables with proven direct connections to devices ensure good sound quality on the receiver and picture quality on the television.
