UPDATE: The company contacted the product and replaced it with a new one and now everything works perfectly! This is an amazing product that I use for my 4K TV and Full HD Home Theater Projector. I like it when all my media and audio settings apply to one output, which is then split into both. Then all I have to do is switch on the projector or television and know that everything is ready. The projector receives a downsampled 4K signal from devices thanks to this device, so all movies and games look much better than the original 1080. The reason I gave 3 stars is because sometimes I turn on my devices to see the signal in the Generally not found and I have to restart this box to get the picture at all. Maybe mine is just broken, but who knows.
