Review on ๐ŸŒก๏ธ Enhanced ACDelco Professional 19322820 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor for Improved Performance by Scott Wallace

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Does not come with the washer shown in the picture! Although everything worked fine on a 2002 Toyota Camry

Several other people have mentioned this: Copper washer/gasket NOT included. I just reused the original washing machine. It will not leak after a week of use. I used the OBD link and made sure the temperature readings are accurate. The Toyota dealership wants $80 for the same part, so it's a good deal. Easy installation, no need to drain the coolant, just unscrew the old one (19mm), put the washer on the new one and quickly screw in the new one. Warning: Don't over tighten, many people have broken them - they are inherently hollow as the insides are brittle. My 2002 Toyota Camry had the check engine light come on when this sensor got stuck in the morning while the car was warming up. enough. Works great, check engine light does not come on. Just a note, this is a three-pin (not two-pin) sensor that communicates with the car's computer. (Two pin temp gauge on dash) So it works great but they have to say it doesn't come with the washer. 4/5 stars.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions
