Suitable for permanent mounting at selected angle
Each rack must be completely disassembled and stored in horizontal or shipping position. It could have been designed so that the detachable post would remain attached when the panel was in a horizontal position. The brackets are strong enough to be mounted on the roof of an RV, so I give them points for that.
