The quality is top notch. The denim is not too heavy and not too light. I purchased the darker denim. I wanted a change from slim jeans and these remind me of jeans from years ago. They are comfortable and flattering.I am a senior figure, size 4, 5'5" and the "size small" fit perfectly. The "mediums" were too big and would fit a size 6 or maybe an 8. TIP: washed on gentle cold cycle before first wearing; when damp, I stretched the waistline by tugging at it in sections to make it more comfortable for me. Also tugged at each pant leg - I call this "snapping them" to get wrinkles out. Only put in dryer a few minutes on low, then hung to dry. FIT is perfect, no shrinking!
