Amazing tool with awesome Customer Service
I really like how easy this program makes contacting my clients! It's so much faster than calling or writing emails back & forth and allows me to quickly get feedback in case there are any problems as well. The only thing i dislike about side kick is having too many options for what type of content to send out but other then that everything has been great!! If anything happens when using side-kicks contact support immediately because their customer service team responds very fast. This product works wonders for our business. We've made sales we never thought were possible before thanks to creating more opportunities for people who want to write us positive comments instead of just getting straight ignored without leaving an impression at all.
