This will be an in-depth review of the Miro NR07S. I bought a total of three of these humidifiers. The first was a new purchase a few months ago. I have zero complaints about him. I'm glad I have 5 liter models instead of 4 liter as I live in New Mexico and humidity can drop into the single digits during cooler times of the year. It washes well, is easy to disassemble and assemble, and also has convenient controls for adjusting the amount of moisture poured out. A downside for some might be that it doesn't have an auto on/off feature based on humidity, but I don't need that. It stays on day and night when I'm home. The other two I bought recently were used models, I think customers are returning them. Unit 1 still had the previous buyer's address on the box. This is very unfortunate, which is why the product deducts a star for just that. This is inappropriate and totally unprofessional. Unit 1 was also dirty and the vibrating plate was slimy when I got it. I washed it and it works fine. Unit 2 had the previous client's address disabled, so I can't see it. It was also dirty but the record wasn't slippery like Block 1. Because both were dirty and nothing returned to normal (they cleaned it, put it in new bags, rewound the wires, I'll put it back to three stars. Both Block 1 Block 2 was packaged in a taped cardboard box and was not closed or sealed well so a lot of dust got into the box It was carelessly assembled Works well No complaints but I did notice that Block 1 seemed different from the standard model from block 2, and this is the first new one I got. It's not a problem, I just noticed that it's different. Overall, the product is good, but the review is more than just a product. Miro is a South Korean Company and very popular there especially with families with babies Easy to keep clean works well and requires no bullshit One thing I would like to say is hard water I think , it can damage the humidifier over time. reverse osmosis system and I only use this water for her. I recommend buying used if you don't mind cleaning what Miro America didn't and save a ton of money, otherwise it's still worth paying full price for a new one. Made in Vietnam
