Does not blend well
Cookie slices on the corners are not always the same thickness, so the wood will splinter when tapped lightly. I bought 2 sets and both had the same problem. Stick together well if you use wood glue to seal, but make sure you have a square frame before letting the glue dry. Overpriced item for what it is. Cheaper kits are available on Amazon but shipping is slower and I needed it fast. If you have time to wait, buy elsewhere.
