Was glad to find this for only $9.99 while others were much more expensive and looked the same. Received on time as stated. I installed it and it leaked worse than the old one. I took it off, tried the silicone where the part was leaking, put it back, it was still dripping. I took it off and decided to try Loctite super glue on the leak, let it dry, put it back on and finally no leak. We would have sent it back, but we wanted to camp the next day and had to come, so a solution came quickly so that we had a comfortable toilet. Luckily, this piece is easy to put on and take off. PS: I'm sure if we had time the company would have done everything right.
