These boots kept my daughter's feet warm and dry all three times; once hunting with my father and two days of snowball fights. Unfortunately, the rubber tread on most of the outsole wore off the first time you wore it. The second time she put it on, the black cloth-like cloth got stuck in the snow and slid with every step as she cleaned the neighbor's sidewalk. In the end, the snow only sticks to the sole and slides and falls when walking on a flat surface. Not only is this very unsafe, but also totally unacceptable for the novelty and minimal wear of the shoe. Edit: After speaking to a support rep, I received an email address and a set of instructions on which photos to submit. . Within hours I received an email with an offer to replace the boots with an upgrade as the boots I ordered were out of stock. Excellent customer service!
