Review on 🛏️ Pillowflex Set of 2 Synthetic Down Alternative Pillow Inserts for Shams - 12x16 Inch by Jennifer Roberts

This is the second time I have bought a set of these pads. These are the highest quality inserts I have found and they are very reasonably priced. I bought both sets for 18x18 pillowcases. I ordered the first set for the size of the inserts, which seems normal, it turned out to be 20x20. They fit in a case (photo of a starfish) but the softness and thickness of the liner isn't as comfortable to squeeze into an 18X18 case. It's chubby and looks great, just not the best way to rest your head on a pillow. This time I ordered two 19X19 inserts for two different 18X18 cases (palm leaf photo). YOU ARE PERFECT! The cushions are still full, but there is enough room for the insert to flex a bit when you lie on it. I definitely recommend 19x19 for the 18x18 case.
