This is the second time I have bought a set of these pads. These are the highest quality inserts I have found and they are very reasonably priced. I bought both sets for 18x18 pillowcases. I ordered the first set for the size of the inserts, which seems normal, it turned out to be 20x20. They fit in a case (photo of a starfish) but the softness and thickness of the liner isn't as comfortable to squeeze into an 18X18 case. First of all, Pillowflex's customer service is excellent! On the recommendation of the manufacturer, I ordered the earphones one size larger.
