From my comments below I received a used item with parts missing so I returned it and wrote a 1 star review. Sports Unlimited was quick to respond and replaced my order with a NEW bike rack that fit my bike perfectly. The new rack was delivered quickly and included a personal message from the company's CEO apologizing for the mistake. Hence my 4-star rating (redacted). FIRST REVIEW ----- This is a good review of this product as I can't even install the stand as not all the parts were included. This stand must have been returned and the seller was trying to sell it as new but the parts that came with it were used.
