Its a clingy so if you like a looser feel, I would order up. I do feel it runs true to size. The sleeves are plenty long, I am wearing a small, I am 5'5" 118 lbs. The color is a very soft pink. I happen to love everything about this shirt from the color, texture, weight, and fit to the scalloped bottom. It looks great with jeans, you can layer it or wear it as lounge wear. Nicely made.
