Review on 🍳 Immerse in Imaginative Play with the Melissa & Doug Stainless-Steel Pretend Kitchen by Jose Mcdaniel

Dishwasher safe and durable?! Yes, please!

I've compared this to all the options and I'm glad I bought this one. We bought it when our daughter was 15 months old and she was basically fucking with them at the time. (No dents!) Now at almost 22 months (almost two years old 😒) she stands on her training stool and "cooks" with them on the counter while we cook. They are amazing! Sometimes we put in snacks (cheese squares, Sprouts gummies) and she loves to "cook" and eat her creations. (For them, stirring in a pot or pan IS cooking.) They often knock - sometimes they are musical instruments. They're holding up great and haven't crumpled yet. For example, they get mean when they crush a piece of soft broccoli or cheese in it. We just throw them in the dishwasher - with the usual detergent for all our other dishes - and heat dry. Voila! Completely new! We also like the stand they came with. Kidkraft has a similar set but they have steel paraphernalia. She sometimes bites her spoon and spatula while "cooking," so soft wooden ones work better for us. But overall great. I hope this helps other parents and guardians with their decision. Enjoy your meal!
