I chose between Bowers&Wilkins PX7, BEYERDYNAMIC LAGOON, Sennheiser momentum 3 wireless and Bose. Bayer dismissed immediately, very small bowls and very flimsy to the touch. The bows have very hard ear cushions, once you put them on, you understand that wearing them will be uncomfortable. And then the battle of senkhs and bows began. Landing in the store seemed comfortable and one and the other model. Bowes are light and weightless on the head, senkhs have large soft bowls that gently envelop your ears, but senkhs seemed very heavy and bulky to me, the bowls are really huge. The sound quality is absolutely on the side of the Sennheisers, everything sounds as it should be. The bows have a blockage in low frequencies, the vocals sound like a boom and this situation continues until twisting to a high volume, where the firmware begins to stifle low frequencies and the sound evens out. In the store, I listened to them just at a high volume and did not notice this, unfortunately, but even there I noted that the sound of the Senkhs is much better. These are my first noise-canceling headphones, after reading reviews about how well they drown out the subway, voices, and so on, I expected complete silence, but unfortunately the usefulness of active noise cancellation is greatly exaggerated. Yes, noise cancellation perfectly cuts off the rumble of air in the subway and the buzz of equipment, that's all. The voices of people, various kinds of harsh noises and the ringing of the subway will not go anywhere. In the store, it seemed to me that bows really had better suppression and a comfortable fit, and this influenced my choice. Rewinding time ago, I would definitely buy senhi. Additionally, from the minuses: I am bald and the rubber headband is all wet after wearing, the skin under it sweats. People with pronounced cheekbones should take into account that the ears will not fit tightly and the noise reduction will be ineffective. There is no equalizer in the bows app. It is uncomfortable to wear around the neck, the bow is small and they fold up with the wide side up (with ear pads), the mechanism for pushing the cups out is very tight and does not look reliable.
