I really enjoyed trying this product but unfortunately it was a waste of my time. When I got it I had a lifetime guarantee so I signed up for it which was nice but the frother stopped working the same day I used it after using frothed coffee milk twice. It seemed to be losing power, so I kept changing batteries until it completely died after the second use. I contacted Zulay through the warranty department and they said that some of the motors have a known defect (judging by many other reviews this looks like many other blowers than just a few). They agreed to replace it for free and I thought I'd try a new one. Weeks went by and no replacement was sent. I gave up and Revane gave me my money back. The product itself seems good, it's plastic on the handle and washes off easily with water; just want it to work. I would not recommend this product and this brand.
