Review on 🪒 Adjustable Safety Razor, Merkur Progress MK-500001 by Jessica Simmons

So I tried just about every known DE razor and looked for something "better" than the RazoRock Game Changer .68. This includes several customizations like Gillette Fat Boy/Slim/Super, Rockwell, Rex Ambassador etc. They all let me down. I decided to try it on a whim. I know it's "just" a zamak (pot metal) razor, but I'll be damned if there isn't a great shave. When I first tried it, I loaded the Feather blade and started with a setting of 1.5. At first it seemed like he was about to rip my face off, but I realized this is just different than what I'm used to from Game Changer. When I was done shaving the BBS in three passes, I applied my usual witch hazel spray, followed by Stirling Soap Co. Aftershave. I was expecting a pretty bad burn as always, but again, damned if I didn't get LESS burns than usual! I've shaved with it a few times since then, with repeatable results: a BBS shave and fewer burns than usual. i am sold If this zamak ever rots I will definitely buy another one.
