I have some problems with the ulnar nerve/Raynaud's hand so I have to be careful with the ergonomics for blood flow. As a result I literally can't use a regular mouse and have to use a vertical mouse and spend over 8 hours a day on the computer/mouse for a week. This is the best so far. Evoluent's vertical mouse was better than any other, but this Logitech vertical mouse requires noticeably less effort to move the mouse and the hand is just a lot more comfortable when resting. Sure, there are some things I miss about Evoluent (3 large mouse buttons including left, middle, and right click; the wheel was easier to press; the forward/back buttons were better placed), but that's a lot lower percentage of use than improvement of resting hand position and freedom of movement (which accounts for approximately 98% of use time). Buy it.
