Nice interface for easy navigation
Croma is an online shopping medium for electronic materials, like the computer, laptop, washing machine etc which is bought at an affordable price and sell quality product. The registration here is very easy and simple, it didn't take me upto 5 minutes to have an account account. The web interface is very intriguing, meaning user friendly and with cool colors. The social media presence is very okay, if you are not interested at contacting them through Facebook or twitter you can use Instagram and can even watch there videos on YouTube. The customer service is always readily available each time you send complaints message are been replied instantly. The only downside I see about this shop there is high tendency that it services is only limited in India. Thank you
