Review of My Disappointing Time at AZUREBEAUTY To put it mildly, I was not impressed with my time at AZUREBEAUTY. The place had a nice vibe, but the service was terrible. I had high hopes for the employees because they are supposed to be professionals, but I was let down by their carelessness.
Despite their assurances that they love what they do, I never felt like they cared about making my time with them a positive one. The service was subpar, and I didn't feel like my money was well spent. The lack of cleanliness was very disturbing. I was dismayed to see the low level of sanitation that prevailed in the salon, given my expectations. It made me feel unsafe and I'm not sure whether I want to go back. My experience at AZUREBEAUTY was disappointing overall. The personnel was pleasant enough, but I was disturbed by their apparent lack of commitment to professionalism and precision. If you're searching for a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience, look elsewhere.
