TV still moves slightly diagonally after installation and also slides horizontally. The TV doesn't fix as securely as I thought. Spacing was adequate for 24" studs. The 55" TCL p607 requires M6x18mm screws for the brackets on the back of the TV. Even with the spacers etc provided, it was impossible to find the exact size. I prefer to be the exact size rather than cracking the back of my tv with something too long or dropping it off the wall with something too short.Anyway the support gave me two options: 1. I could have one try longer screw with included washers (m6, 35mm with long washer but will not be exactly 18mm) 2, they will provide exact size from US office I agreed to this option I waited a week for the screws and trying to install my TV. I'm here in the US by the way. I never received the screws. I asked if the screws were sent. I never got an answer the second time, OR screws, weeks later. due to insufficient support, find and buy suitable screws yourself. As far as I understand, I have to refund part or all of the money.
